摘要
本文研究了属性值为犹豫模糊数且决策者对方案有偏好的模糊多属性群决策问题。将犹豫模糊集进行标准化处理是多属性群决策问题的重要步骤。现有的方法是将犹豫模糊元按大小排序,基于乐观或悲观准则扩充犹豫模糊集。本文指出了该方法的不足之处,并提出了一种基于专家对应准则的犹豫模糊多属性群决策方法。首先,记录专家组中的专家编号,依次建立犹豫模糊决策矩阵;然后,基于专家对应准则扩充犹豫模糊集,通过扩充后的矩阵得到专家权重;接下来,聚合犹豫模糊矩阵,根据得分函数计算方案的优劣次序;最后,通过实例分析说明该方法的有效性。
The fuzzy multiple attribute group decision making problems are investigated, in which the attribute values are given as hesitant fuzzy numbers and the preference information on alternatives can be provided by decision makers. It is an important process to standardize hesitant fuzzy set for multiple attribute group decision making problems. For the defects which uses optimistic or pessimistic way directly to expend hesitant fuzzy sets with existing methods, we propose an extended method based on experts corresponding criterion. Firstly, record the sort of expert in expert group and give the hesitant fuzzy set for every attribute so that establish the hesitant fuzzy matrix; then,determine the weight of experts and attribute,and according to the optimistic or pessimistic way to expend hesitant fuzzy sets; finally, poly hesitant fuzzy matrix and sort schemes by score function. Through the analysis of numerical examples shows the effectiveness of the method.
