店坪矿9号煤层煤巷顶板支护优化设计

摘要 店坪煤矿为降低支护成本,优化顶板支护方案,对9号煤煤巷围岩进行力学实验,得到顶底板抗拉、抗剪强度,选择3种顶板支护方案并用FLAC^(3D)有限差法模型进行模拟。结果显示,方案3可作为9号煤层支护最优方案,实现顶板支护安全和成本降低的双赢。 To reduce support costs, optimize the roof supporting scheme in dianping coal mine, test the mechanical performance of No. 9 coal roadway, including shear strength and tensile strength of roof and floor, choose 3 kinds of roof supporting scheme ,and set up FLAC-3D finite difference method model. The results show that the scheme 3 can be used as the optimal scheme of No. 9 coal seam support, which can realize the safety and cost reduction.
