摘要
篮球运动是我国最为常见和普及化程度最高的运动项目之一,对于篮球运动员而言,技能竞争极为激烈,且比赛和训练均带有较强的对抗性质,这就要求篮球运动员在短时间内重复进行强度很高的运动。这样一来,篮球运动员就很容易出现疲劳感,运动营养的摄入也会存在相应问题,若此类问题无法解决,对于运动员的训练与比赛存在不利影响。笔者将在本文简析篮球运动员疲劳的消除方式及运动营养的补充措施,望给相关认识提供科学参考。
Basketball is one of the most common and popularized sports in China.For basketball players,the skills competition is extremely fierce,and the competition and training are all with strong antagonistic nature, which requires the basketball players to repeat high -intensity exercise in a short time.As a result,basketball players are very prone to fatigue,sports nutrition intake will also be a corresponding problem,if such problems cannot be solved,there will be a negative impact for the athletes training and competition.The author analyzes basketball players fatigue elimination methods and supplementary measures of sports nutrition,hopeing to provide a scientific understanding of the relevant information.
