摘要
简述了化工过程强化技术在新技术开发、综合安全、节能、降耗、环保、高效和集约化等方面的应用。分别对渗透气化、微换热器、微反应器、挤出机连续脱挥及物理场增强等过程强化技术在自由基连续聚合过程中的应用进行了总结论述,并对未来膜技术、微化工技术在新技术开发中的应用进行了展望。
In this paper,the applications of chemical process intensification technology in the develop- ment of new technology, comprehensive safety, energy saving, consumption reduction, environmental protection,high efficiency and intensification were introduced.Then the applications of the pervaporation,the micro heat exchanger, the micro reactor, the continuous extruder devolatilization and the physical field enhancement in the continuous free radical polymerization were summarized.And the fu tare application of membrane technology and micro chemical technology in the new technical develop ment was put forward.
