固相接枝二乙烯基苯制备高熔体强度聚丙烯 被引量:2

摘要 用乙醚为有机溶胀剂协助二乙烯基苯(DVB)通过固相交联接枝反应制备高熔体强度聚丙烯。考察了反应条件、单体用量、引发剂用量对熔体流动速率、熔体强度和w(凝胶)的影响。用差热扫描量热仪和偏光显微镜对产物的结构和结晶行为进行分析。结果表明,在优化条件下,按照m(DVB)∶m(BPO)∶m(PP)=0.2∶0.03∶100投料,用20mL乙醚在30℃溶胀10h,100℃反应2h条件下,产物熔体强度增加到6.5kPa·s,是原材料的11倍,产物中有微交联。结晶峰温度升高,结晶度下降,球晶尺寸变小,球晶数量增加。 High melt strength polypropylene was prepared by cross-linking and grafting modification of PP with divinylbenzene using ethyl ether as the impregnating agent.Effects of experimental parameters such as monomer and initiator concentration;impregnating agent content;reaction time and ternperature on melt flow rate, melt stren crystallization behavior of the modified m gth and gel content were studied. The structure and aterials were characterized by DSC and PI.M. The resu showed that the highest melt strength of the product could be got under the following conditions: the feed stock was w(BPO) : w(PP)=0.03% ,w(DVB) : w(PP)=0.2% ,impregnated in 20 mL ethyl ether at 30℃ for 10 h,then reacted at 100 ℃ for 2 h.The melt strength of the product has increased to 6.5 kPa· s that was 11 times of that of the pure PP,and mini cross gel existed crystal spheru ization temperature of the modified PP increased significantly, however the ires size of the modified PP decreased,while the number of spherulites inc in the product.
