摘要
目的探究针对经皮椎间孔镜进行腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的护理措施以及临床效果。方法对我院收治的进行经皮椎间孔镜治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者在手术之前进行心理护理,术中密切配合,术后指导患者进行功能康复训练等护理措施。结果术后对患者随访2个月,手术前后的VAS评分进行比较差异有统计学意义,患者临床症状也有显著的改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且没有出现明显的并发症。结论对经皮椎间孔镜进行治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者采取合理有效的护理措施,有助于患者的早日恢复。
Objective To explore the nursing measures and clinical effect of percutaneous endoscopic discectomy for lumbar disc herniation. Methods The percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic treatment of patients suffering from lumbar disc herniation patients in our hospital were given psychological nursing before operation, close cooperation during operation, postoperative with nursing measures and effective rehabilitation training. Results All the patients were followed up for 2 months, the VAS scores before and after the operation were significantly different, the clinical symptoms were also significantly improved, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）, and no obvious complications. Conclusion Reasonable and effective nursing measures for patients with lumbar disc herniation treated with percutaneous endoscopic discectomy is helpful for the early recovery of patients.
