摘要
目的探讨助产过程预防会阴深度裂伤的有效方法及护理要点。方法将2016年2-10月作为研究时段,选择此段时间内在本院生产的50例产妇作为研究对象,对产妇可能会发生的会阴深度裂伤的原因进行分析,并提出相应的预防措施,以降低在产妇生产过程中会阴深度裂伤的几率。结果本次研究中纳入的50例产妇中,经过采取预防性的助产措施后,未发生会阴裂伤15例,发生Ⅰ级裂伤者30例,发生率为60%;Ⅱ级裂伤者5例,发生率为10%;无一例发生Ⅲ级重度裂伤。结论在产妇的生产过程中,应该遵循护理人员的指导,在保证顺利生产的同时,减少会阴深度裂伤的发生。
Objective To explore the effective method for prevention of perincal laceration of the deep process of midwifery and nursing. Methods 50 cases of pregnant women from February to October 2016 in our hospital as the research object, the causes of maternal perineal laceration may occur in depth was analyzed, and puts forward the corresponding preventive measures, to reduce the probability of perineal deep laceration in maternal production process. Results 50 cases were included in this study, alter taking preventive measures after birth, there were 15 cases no perineal laceration, 30 cases were grade Ⅰ crack the injured, the incidence rate was 60%;5 cases were grade Ⅱ crack the injured, the incidence rate was 10%, grade Ⅲ occurred severe perineal cleft was 0 case. Conclusion In the production process, we should follow the guidance of nursing staff, to ensure the smooth production, while reducing the incidence of deep perineal laceration.
