摘要
目的探析晚期类风湿性关节炎患者应用全膝关节置换术治疗的早期临床随访情况。方法随机选择2015年2月-2016年8月我院收治的60例晚期类风湿性关节炎患者为研究对象,均给予全膝关节置换术治疗,随访3~6个月,观察评估患者治疗效果。结果患者治疗前HSS评分为(58.6±4.2)分,治疗后HSS评分为(84.6±4.0)分,前后对比具有明显差异(P<0.05),其中优、良、差各38例、17例、5例,优良率达91.7%。结论晚期类风湿性关节炎患者施行全膝关节置管术治疗的效果良好,可在临床中进一步应用与普及。
Objective To investigate the early clinical follow-up of patients with advanced rheumatoid arthritis treated with total knee arthroplasty. Methods Randomly selected from February 2015 to August 2016 in our hospital 60 cases of advanced rheumatoid arthritis patients as the research object, were treated with total knee arthroplasty, were followed up for 3-6 months, evaluate the curative effect of patients with. Results The patients before treatment HSS score was （58.6±4.2）, after the treatment HSS score was （84.6±4.0） points, before and after comparison had obvious difference （P〈0.05）, the excellent, good and poor in 38 cases, 17 cases, 5 cases, the excellent rate was 91.7%. Conclusion The treatment of patients with advanced rheumatoid arthritis with total knee joint catheterization is effective, and can be further applied and popularized in clinic.
