摘要 针对新型纯电动汽车在急加速然后松踏板工况下出现明显的抖动现象,本文通过在不同车速下的急加速松踏板的声振试验和分析发现:新型纯电动汽车的抖动频率主要集中在10-20Hz范围,且不随车速变化;主副车架、电机、减速器、差速器、轮胎都出现了不同程度的振动突变;主副车架之间的连接悬置在抖动频段内的隔振性能较差;轮胎与主车架之间的偏相干系数达到了0.93,说明轮胎是产生抖动的主要源头。此次试验对新型纯电动汽车抖动现象的消除和改进具有指导性的意义。 The electric vehicle appears judder loosing the pedal, especially at lower speed. phenomenon while emergent accelerating and then Vibro-acoustic test is carried out in the paper at conditions of emergent acceleration and then loosing the pedal at different velocities, it is found that the judder frequencies of new pure electric vehicles primarily focus on the range of 10 -20Hz, which keeps stable in variable speeds. In addition, all major frames, motors, reducers, differentials and tires have different degree of judder mutation. The vibration isolation performance of the connection between main frame and sub frame in the frequency band is not effective. What's more, the partial correlation coefficient between tire and main frame is 0.93, in other words, that shows the tire is ascribed to the main source of causing judder. The test provides significant guiding for eliminating and improving the new phenomenon of pure electric vehicle judder.
