摘要
目的:确认骨骼肌纤维中粗、细肌丝数量比。方法:采用数值计算法与数学几何法对粗、细肌丝比进行计算。结果:采用数值计算法,分细肌丝为边界和粗肌丝为边界2种情形,得出粗、细肌丝之比接近1:2。用数学几何法证明,在粗、细肌丝数量无限状况下,粗、细肌丝之比为1:2。结论:在活体情况下,粗、细肌丝之比宜采用1:2.1。
Objective: To determine the ratio of thick and thin filaments in skeleton muscle fibers. Methods: Numerical calculation and mathematical geometry methods were used to calculate the ratio of thick and thin filaments. Results: The ratio of thick to thin was about 1 : 2 when setting either thick or thin as the border in the mathematic model. The ratio of thick and thin was also 1 : 2 when assuming unlimited number of thick and thin filaments using mathematics method of geometric model. Conclusion.. The ratio of thick filaments to thin filaments in skeleton muscle fibers is about 1 : 2.1 in vivo.
