临兴地区砂岩与页岩两层合采效果试验探究 被引量:7

Experimental Study on the Effect of Two Layers Commingled Production of Sandstone Gas and Shale Gas in Linxing Area

摘要 通过页岩气储层吸附气效应室内试验定量评价临兴地区砂岩与页岩两层合采气体产能,试验以石盒子组砂岩与太原组页岩为目标,利用直径为25mm的岩心柱塞,根据现场试井资料,确定柱塞温度为48~50℃、柱塞出口压力为1.8~2.9 MPa。以定容高压空气由15.0 MPa自然衰减至14.5 MPa模拟地层远端能量变化,甲烷恒压5MPa饱和页岩柱塞36h。试验测定砂岩与页岩分层单采气体流速均值分别为218.70~1592.53mL/min、219.67~649.60mL/min,两层合采气体流速均值分别为211.80~1584.60mL/min、211.47~618.94mL/min。7套合采试验砂岩与页岩单层干扰系数分别为0.22%~6.94%、0.33%~15.82%,合采整体干扰系数为0.27%~6.77%。结果表明,临兴地区砂岩与页岩两层合采地层物性及地层压力差异导致层间干扰,现场以控制井口压力及地层渗透率差值最低指导合采工艺参数优化和地层组合优选。 To quantitatively evaluate the interlayer interference degree on commingled layer of sandstone gas and shale gas in Linxing area through experiments, take sandstone plugs with diameter of 25mm to emulate Shihezi sandstone formation and Taiyuan shale formation. On basis of well test data, the formation temperature is among 48℃ to 50℃, tubing pressure of pilot production is among 1.8MPa to 2.9MPa. Take the process of natural attenuation of high pressure air in constant volume whose pressure is among 15.0MPa to 14.5MPa damping to emulate the change of stratum energy of distant formation, and saturate the shale plug in methane for 36 hours under constant pressure of 5MPa. The average flow velocity of sandstone gas of Shihezi formation in single layer of independent experiment is among 218.70 to 1592.53mL/min, and shale gas of Taiyuan formation is among 219.67 to 649.60mL/mirL When two layers in parallel connection, the average flow velocity of outlet from the sandstone plug is 211.80 to 1584.60mL/min and the shale plug is 211.47 to 618.94mL/min. The single layer interference factor of commingling is defined as decreasing rate of average flow velocity that compare parallel connection in commingled production of sandstone and shale with single layer production. The whole interference factor is defined as decreasing rate of flow velocity of gas that compare the mean value of total flow velocity of gas in two layers commingled production with the sum of flow velocity in two layers of single layer production experiment. In 7 sets of experiment, the range of single layer interference factor of sandstone and shale is 0.22%-6.94% and 0.33%-15.82%. The range of whole interference factor of Commingled production is 0.27 % -6.77 %. Results showed that interlayer interference exist in the commingled production of sand gas and shale gas in Linxing area, field operation should under the direction of control low well head pressure and low difference value of formation permeability to optimize technological parameter of commingl
