摘要
采用传统分光光度法分析时间长、操作繁琐,无法满足生产对检测时间的要求。确立了微波消解法分解样品、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定汽轮机转子材料13Cr9Mo2Co1NiVNbNB中酸溶硼及全硼含量的方法,解决了上述难题,达到快速、准确测定含硼量的目的。试验表明,采用不同的溶样酸,用微波消解技术能准确测定钢中的酸溶硼和全硼含量。回收率试验表明,回收率为95%~105%。利用本法测定酸溶硼及全硼含量,快速、精确、简便,具有较高的准确度和精密度。
The traditional spectrophotometry cannot meet the requirements of production due to its long analytical period and complicated operation. For this reason, the microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was used to determine acid-soluble boron and total boron in 13Cr9Mo2ColNiVNbNB of turbine rotor material with shorter time and better precision. The results showed that the acid-soluble boron and total boron in steel could be accurately determined adopting different dissolved acid and microwave digestion technology. It was verified that the recovery rate was 95 ~ ~ 105 ~. This method applied for determining acid-soluble boron and total boron possesses faster speed, better accuracy, sensitivity and convenience.
