摘要
红细胞增多症患者发生心肌梗死的风险高、PCI治疗围手术期血栓事件发生率高。本文报道了一例红细胞增多症患者心肌梗死后给予PCI联合替格瑞洛治疗的成功病例。
Patients with polycythemia vera have a high risk of developing myocardial infraction and a high incidence of perioperative thrombotic events in PCI. We described a successful case report of a polycythemia vera patient with myocardial infraction received PCI and ticagrelor therapy.
