摘要
针对广州地铁4号线直线电机车辆运行过程中出现的OPG底座惯性断裂故障问题进行了分析,并根据分析结果针对零部件材质、生产工艺、结构设计等多个角度提出了合理的优化改造方案,实践证明,改造方案的实施有较好的解决惯性断裂,降低车辆运行风险的趋势。
OPG base fracture inertial-broken failure problems are analyzed in this paper. According to the analysis resuhs, related spare parts material, production technology, structure designs are put forward better retrofit scheme, practice has proved that the scheme is very good to solve the problem of OPG base inertia-broken failure, improve the safety of the vehicle running at the same time, and re duce the risk of the vehicle.
