摘要
目的研究分析急性心肌梗死恢复期患者接受中西结合护理的临床效果,为临床治疗提供依据。方法选取2011年5月—2013年2月我院收治的110例急性心肌梗死恢复期患者作为研究对象,将其分成对照组和观察组,每组均有55例。对照组患者接受常规西医护理,观察组患者接受中西结合护理干预,护理3周后对两组的护理干预情况进行比较分析。结果对照组患者的临床护理有效率为74.6%,观察组患者的护理有效率为94.6%;对照组知晓率为54.6%,满意度为76.4%。观察组知晓率为90.9%,满意度为96.4%;观察组患者疾病知识知晓率与护理满意度均优于对照组,两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死恢复期患者接受中西结合护理能够获得较高的护理有效率,患者疾病知识加深后能自我护理,防止意外发生。
Objective To study the clinical effect of combined treatment of Chinese and Western medicine in patients with acute myocardial infarction, and to provide basis for clinical treatment. Methods 110 patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital from May 2011 to February 2013 were selected as the research object, and they were divided into control group and observation group, a total of 55 cases in each group. The control group received routine western medicine nursing, patients in observation group received nursing intervention. After 3 weeks of care, the nursing intervention of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The clinical effective rate of the control group was 74.6%, the effective rate of nursing in observation group was 94.6%. The awareness rate of the control group was 54.6%, and the satisfaction rate was 76.4%. The awareness rate of the observation group was 90.9%, and the satisfaction rate was 96.4%. Patients in the observation group were better than the control group in disease knowledge and nursing satisfaction, The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The patients with acute myocardial infarction in the recovery of Chinese and Western nursing care can get higher efficiency, patients with disease knowledge can be self-care to prevent accidents.
