摘要
目的探讨分析舒适安置留置胃管的临床护理方式,为临床护理提供依据。方法选取2014年1—12月我院收治的90例安置及留置胃管患者作为研究对象,将患者分成对照组与护理组,每组各45例。对照组采用常规护理,护理组采用舒适护理,对比分析两组患者的临床护理满意度、胃管留置情况、不良反应。结果护理组患者出现口腔炎、咽喉肿痛、口腔异物感的比例分别为2.22%、2.22%以及2.22%,对照组分别为11.11%、11.11%以及11.11%。护理组1例患者自行拔管,对照组为5例;护理组患者的护理满意度为93.33%(42/45),对照组患者为66.67%(30/45),两组结果对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理应用于安置及留置胃管患者具有比较好的效果,能够缓解患者的不适感,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the clinical nursing methods of comfortable placement of indwelling gastric tube, and provide basis for clinical nursing. Methods 90 cases of patients with indwelling gastric tube were selected in our hospital from January to December 2014. The patients were divided into control group and nursing group, 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing and the nursing group was treated with comfortable nursing. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients with clinical nursing satisfaction, gastric tube indwelling, adverse reactions. Results The rate of stomatitis, sore throat, oral sensation nursing of patients with in nursing group respectively were 2.22%, 2.22% and 2.22%, the control group was 11.11%, 11.11% and 11.11%, respectively. 1 patient in the nursing group was pulled out, while the control group was given a total of 5 cases. The nursing satisfaction of nursing group was 93.33% （42/45）, the control group was 66.67% （30/45）, the results of two groups were compared, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, Conclusion The application of comfort nursing in patients with indwelling gastric tube has better effect, to ease the discomfort of patients, to reduce the incidence of complications.
