摘要
目的探讨尿毒症毒素对人体肾小管上皮细胞外基质的影响。方法选择88例血清样本。疾病组44例尿毒症患者样本;健康组44例健康人群样本。结果疾病组中20%浓度样本胶原蛋白含量高于健康组及其它浓度样本,纤连蛋白含量规律与胶原蛋白相同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿毒症毒素能够对人体肾小管上皮细胞外基质的代谢形成干扰,促进肾小管间质纤维化病变进程。
Objective To investigate the effects of uremic toxins on the extracellular matrix of human renal tubular epithelial cells. Methods 88 cases of serum samples were collected. A sample of 44 cases of uremic patients in the disease group and a sample of healthy subjects in the healthy group (n=44). Results The collagen content of the 20% samples in the disease group was significantly higher than that in the healthy group and the other samples. The content of fibronectin was similar to that of collagen, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Uremic toxin can interfere with the metabolism of extracellular matrix of human renal tubular epithelial cells, and promote the process of tubule interstitial fibrosis.
