摘要
目的:探讨耳穴贴压与左旋多巴治疗不安腿综合征(RLS)的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年1月至2016年1月清远市清新区太平镇卫生院收治的原发性不安腿综合征患者50例,使用随机数字表法把患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各25例。对照组患者采取左旋多巴(多巴丝肼)治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用耳穴贴压治疗。结果:对照组与观察组患者在治疗7 d、14 d、28 d时的RLS评分均优于同组治疗前的评分(P<0.05),而两组患者治疗后第14天、28天IRLS评分观察组均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴贴压联合左旋多巴治疗不安腿综合征疗效显著。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of auricular application combined with Levodopa in the treatment of Restless legs syndromes （RLS）. Methods This study has selected 50 patients with primary restless legs syndromes treated in our hospital from Jan.2014 to Jan.2016 as the research object. 50 RLS patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group and each group consisted of 25 cases. Patients in control group were treated with Levodopa only while patients in experimental group were treated with auricular application treatment based on Levodopa. Results The IRLS scores of the control group and the experimental group were better than those of the same group after treatment of 7 days, 14 days and 28 days （P 〈 0.05）.And the IRLS scores of experimental group were far more better than those of control group after the treatment of 14days and 28days.The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Auricular application combined with Lavodopa has a significant curative effect on RLS treatment, which is worthy to be widely used.
