摘要
本线为高速连退机组,主要为镀锡或镀铬提供基板,本线的清洗段采用长流程卧式清洗,清洗段内带钢总长为140m,并且设计为三层卧式结构,针对容易发生跑偏的问题,通过调节辊系精度、辊型综合设计及降低张力波动等措施,提高了张力稳定性,确保带钢自对中,解决了机组高速生产时的带钢跑偏问题。
This line is a high-speed continuous annealing hne which mainly provide substrate for ETL and TFS line. The cleaning section was designed as a long praess horizontal cleaning section. With a three layers of hori- zontal structure, the total length of the degreasing section is 140m. In allusion to the problem about running deviation, by means of increaseing the rolls precision, integrated design of roll shape and reducing the tension fluctuation, enhancing the tension stability, and ensureing the rolls self - centering, the problem of trip deviation during high- speed production can be resolved.
