核-壳结构的两性苯基膦酸铝球对盐酸阿霉素及叶酸的担载

摘要 两性苯基膦酸铝球不仅具有特殊的核-壳结构,而且还具有两种相反的性质,即阴离子核和阳离子壳,因此能够同时担载阴阳离子.为了考察核-壳结构的两性苯基膦酸铝球作为药物载体的性能,开展了苯基膦酸铝材料对抗癌类药物DOXHCl以及靶向剂叶酸的担载研究,使用分光光度法对DOXHCl及叶酸的担载量进行定量分析.实验结果表明苯基膦酸铝材料能够高效地担载抗癌性药物DOXHCl,同时对靶向剂叶酸的担载量也足以满足对癌细胞的靶向定位需要. The yolk -shell structure aluminum phenylphosphonate microspheres possess not only a special "core@ void@ shell" structure, but also two opposite properties in one particle, i.e. anionic core and cationic shell, which makes them adsorb anionic and cationic ions simultaneously. The yolk - shell structure alurr/inum phenylphosphonate microspheres were used as carriers, their load behavior for doxorubicin hydrochloride of anti - cancer drug and folic acid of targeting agent was investigated by using Ultraviolet - Visible spectrophotometry. The results indicate that aluminum phenylphosphonate microspheres can efficiently load anticancer drug of doxorubicin hydrochloride, and load enough folic acid to meet the requirement of targeting to cancer cells.
