摘要
目的观察小承气汤合增液汤加味治疗小儿功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法将收治的72例功能性便秘患儿随机分为治疗组42例和对照组30例,2组均予以基础治疗,治疗组口服小承气汤合增液汤加味,对照组口服酪酸梭菌肠球菌三联活菌片,2周后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为95.24%,对照组为73.33%,2组比较差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论小承气汤合增液汤加味治疗小儿功能性便秘疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of infantile functional constipation treated with the modified combination of Xiaochengqi Tang and Zengye Tang. Methods 72 cases of children with functional constipation were randomly divided into therapy group（42 cases）and control group（30 cases）,which both were given a basic treatment first. Then,the therapy group was treated with oral modified combination of Xiaochengqi Tang and Zengye Tang,while the control group was given oral triple viable tablets of clostridium butyricum and enterococcus. The clinical efficacy was observed after 2 weeks. Results The total effective rate in therapy group and control group was 95.24% and 73.33% respectively with statistically significant differences（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The combination of Xiaochengqi Tang and Zengye Tang can treat functional constipation effectively,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
