摘要
目的探讨离子导入对寻常痤疮的临床美容疗效。方法选取我院2014年1月至2016年1月收治的130例寻常痤疮患者为此次的研究对象,随机将患者分为两组,一组为对照组,一组为研究组,每组各65例患者。对照组患者采用口服灭滴灵片、复合维生素B片的药物治疗方式,研究组患者采用中频中药离子导入的方法进行医治。观察比较两组好庁治疗后的临床疗效。结果两组患者经过治疗后,研究结果显示,研究组患者在第1疗程、第2疗程和第3疗程的临床治疗总有效率分别为69.2%、86.2%、93.8%,对照组患者在第1、第2和第3疗程的治疗总有效率分别为52.3%、63.1%、67.7%。由此可见,研究组患者在不同疗程内的治疗总有效率均明显比对照组患者高,组间比较的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论寻常痤疮患者采用中频中药离子导入法进行治疗,不仅能够有效改善患者的痤疮症状,还具有较高的美容治疗效果,值得在临床上进行大力推广。
Objective To study the effect of iontophoresis of acne vulgaris clinical.methods Selecting our hospital between January 2014 and January 2016, 130 patients with ache vulgaris were as the research object, randomly divided the patients into two groups, one group as the control group, a group for the team, all the 65 patients in each group.The control group were treated by oral metronidazole tablets, compound vitamin B group of drug treatment, group were treated by medium frequency to the method of tradi- tional Chinese medicine iontophoresis heal.Compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups after good treatment.Results Two groups of patients after treatment, the results showed that the team patients in treatment 1, 2 and 3 courses of clinical total effective rate were 69.2%, 86.2%, 93.8%, control group patients in the treatment of 1, 2 and 3 period of treatment the total effective rate was 52.3%, 63.1% and 52.3% respectively.Team, therefore, the treatment of patients in different course of total effective rate were significantly higher than the control group patients, compare the differences between groups with statistical significance （P 〈 O.05）.（onclusion patients with acne vulgaris treated by medium frequency Chinese medicine iontophoresis method, not only can effectively improve thesymptoms of patients with acne, also has high beauty treatment effect, is worth promoting in clinical.
