摘要
创新型人力资本在我国现代企业的管理中所占比重非常大,同时它也是现代企业实现快速发展的重要手段。创新型人力资本主要是在之前传统的创新型人力资本制度的基础上,对其进行润色和完善。本文主要对创新型人力资本在现代企业中的实际运用进行深入分析。
The proportion of innovative human capital in the management of modem enterprises in China is large, and it is also an important means for the rapid development of modem enterprises. Innovative human capital has been improved based on traditional innovative human capital system. The practical application of the innovative human capital in modem enterprises was analyzed in this paper.
