摘要
基于ABAQUS有限元软件,以"贡献面积"为刚度分配原则,研究机场混凝土道面板接缝的挠度传荷系数及其与接缝刚度的关系。结果表明:挠度传荷系数受地基反应模量、荷载作用、板厚等的影响不明显,而与接缝刚度对数存在稳定的显著关系。进一步结合混凝土道面板模型试验,实测了板接缝处传力杆的弯曲应力、剪切应力以及受荷板和传荷板的挠度变形,并确定道面板模型的接缝刚度与传荷系数。通过与理论结果比较,最终建立了基于挠度传荷系数的道面接缝刚度反演模型,为机场刚性道面接缝设计提供参考依据。
Based on ABAQUS finite element, with ' contribution of the area' as stiffness distribution principle, the joint load transfer coefficient of airport cement concrete slab and its relationship with joint stiffness are studied. Results indicate that the load transfer coefficient is not significantly affected by reaction modulus, load and thickness of the foundation. But its relationship with joint stiffness logarithm is stably significant. Further more, combined with cement concrete slab model test, parameters such as bending stress and shear stress of dowel, and deflection of load slab and load transfer slab are measured; the load transfer coefficient as well as the joint stiffness are determined. By comparing with theoretical results, the joint stiffness inversion model based on deflection load transfer coefficient is established, providing reference for the design of airport rigid pavement joints.
