以知识产权管理为新抓手促进职教教师专业成长

摘要 以教师的知识产权管理为抓手,促进职业教育教师的专业化成长,值得研究和探讨。做好教师的知识产权管理工作,需要建立专门有序的管理体制;制订相应的绩效管理制度,所制订的制度要在一定时期内保持相对的稳定性,形成常态化管理,配套的绩效考核和奖励措施要及时地落实到位;知识产权管理要与其他管理相对接,资源共享,提高管理效率;通过对教师的知识产权运营增值,反过来又能够进一步促进教师的专业成长,为提升职教教学质量打好基础。 Taking the intellectual property management of teachers as a starting point to promote the professional development of vocational teachers is worth studying and discussing. To do well in the teachers' intellectual property management, we should establish a special management system with order and formulate the performance management system which remains relatively stable in a certain period of time. The intellectual property management and other management should be related with resource sharing to improve management efficiency. With the teachers' intellectual property operation, in turn, it can further promote the professional growth of the teachers, lay a good foundation and improve the teaching quality of vocational education.
