班级文化,是学生在班级学习生活中遵循的思想行为准则,它是用班级精神来培养学生正确的价值观、人生观、世界观。因此,班级文化建设的过程,实质上就是学生思维和行为培育的过程。班级文化建设是班级建设的核心,更是校园文化架构中的基石,事关学校科学、长远发展。
Class culture, as the ideological and behavioral standard students follow in class learning life, is designed to cultivate students＇ correct outlook on values, life and the world with class spirit. Therefore, the process of class cuhure construction is essentially the process of cultivating students＇ thinking and behavior. The construction of class culture is the core of class construction and the cornerstone of campus culture, concerning the scientific and long-term development of a college.
