摘要
以滨州学院引进的波音737-300大飞机为例,结合当前应用型民航飞行员培养现状,深入研究该飞机在应用型民航飞行员培养中的应用。在此基础上,积极探讨两者无缝对接的措施,以提升民航人才培养层次,完善培养方案制定,推动航空人才培养进程,将理论培训与实践训练真正融为一体,培养出具有核心竞争力的应用型民航飞行员。
By taking the Boeing 737-300 large aircraft of Binzhou University as an example, an in-depth studyof its application in civil pilot cultivation is conducted in light of the current situation of the application of civil avi-ation pilots. On this basis, the measures of seamless docking are actively explored in order to upgrade the civil per-sonnel training level, improve the training plan and promote the training process. Accordingly, the theory training andpractice training can be truly integrated and more applied civil pilots with core competitive power can be cultivated.
