摘要 汽车颜色色差是评价车身外观质量标准的重要因素之一,它受多方面因素影响,如材料、设备、环境、工艺特性等。随着市场质量要求越来越高,颜色个性化需求越来越多,色差控制会越来越难,车身与外协件质量的控制需要更高的标准去控制。本文将从色漆材料、喷涂工艺、输漆系统状态及喷漆室体环境等方面探讨了色差的影响因素,提出了相应的控制及优化方案。 Color difference of auto colors is one of the main factors that evaluate the auto appearance quality, it is influenced by so many factors, such as material, equipment, environment and process, etc. As the higher quality requirement of marketing and the requirement of color individuation, color control should be more harder, higher standard is needed to control the color matching between crabody and pieces. The color difference factors from paint material, painting process, paint supply systems and painting environment, ere, were introduced and a schedule to control and improve the color difference was made.
