摘要
通过阐释撰写循证管理系统评价的几个中心环节及展示一个公共管理系统评价实例,针对国内循证管理学高质量研究证据较少的情况,提出决策管理教育者和研究者需要掌握更加专业的研究方法,并进一步尝试撰写系统评价,为我国的循证管理决策生产本土化证据。
By illuminating several central links for writing systematic review in evidence-based management system, by demonstrating a review example of public management system, according to the situation that there are few high quality research evidences in domestic evidence-based management, this paper proposes that the educators and researchers of decision-making management need to master more professional research methods and need to further try to write systematic review so as to find the localized evidence for decision-making management in China.
