摘要
目的分析化痰降逆止晕汤治疗痰浊眩晕的临床效果。方法方便选取2010年2月—2013年12月该医院收治的102例痰浊型眩晕患者,随机分组,对照组(n=51)单纯给予常规西药治疗方法,实验组(n=51)给予中药化痰降逆止晕汤,对比2组患者临床治疗效果。结果实验组总有效率(94.12%)高于对照组(76.47%),2组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组眩晕程度、发作频率、发作持续时间分别为(0.74±0.27)、(1.56±0.56)次/周、(1.56±0.66)min,均低于对照组,2组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药化痰降逆止晕汤临床效果显著,能够明显提高疗效,减少发作次数,对患者良好预后意义重大。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of decoction for phlegm and lowering the adverse qi and relieving fainting in treatment of phlegm turbidity dizziness.Methods 102 cases of patients with phlegm turbidity dizziness admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2010 to December 2013 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 51 cases in each,the control group adopted the simple routine western medicine treatment method,while the experimental group adopted the decoction for phlegm and lowering the adverse qi and relieving fainting,and the clinical treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group（94.12% vs 76.47%）,and the difference in the curative effect between the two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）,and the dizziness degree,attack frequency and attack duration in the experimental group were respectively（0.74±0.27）,（1.56±0.56） times/week,（1.56±0.66）min,which were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of decoction for phlegm and lowering the adverse qi and relieving fainting is obvious,which can obviously improve the curative effect and reduce the attack frequency,and it is of great significance to the good prognosis of patients.
