摘要
目的分析含糖透析液对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者的血糖、血压及相关生化指标的影响。方法方便选取2014年7月—2016年10月于该院进行血液透析的46例糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为两组,A组(应用含糖透析液)患者22例,B组患者(应用无糖透析液)患者24例,监测患者透析前后及透析过程中的血糖、血压,观察其变化,检测患者的生化指标,对比分析两组的差异。结果 B组患者血液透析后血压、血糖均有明显下降,其下降比例分别为:45.83%、41.67%,A组的比例分别为:9.09%、4.55%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者透析前后的糖化血红蛋白、血脂等生化指标分析,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用含糖透析液对糖尿病肾病患者进行血液透析,能够在对患者生化指标无明显影响的情况下,减少患者血糖和血压降低的发生率,安全有效,对糖尿病肾病患者的血液透析治疗起着重要作用。
Objective To analyze the effect of glucose containing dialysate on the blood sugar,blood pressure and related biochemical indexes of patients with diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis.Methods Convenient selection 46 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy for hemodialysis in our hospital from July 2014 to October 2016 were randomly divided into two groups,the group A applied the glucose containing dialysate,while the group B applied the sugar-free dialysate,and the blood sugar and blood pressure before and after hemodialysis and in the hemodialysis course were monitored and the changes were observed and the biochemical indexes of patients were tested.Results In the group B,the blood pressure and blood sugar obviously decreased after the hemodialysis,and the differences in the decrease ratios between the group A and group B had statistical significance(9.09%,4.55% vs 45.83%,41.67%)(P〈0.05),and the differences in the glycosylated hemoglobin and blood fat indexes before and after hemodialysis between the two groups had no statistical significance(P〈0.05).Conclusion The application of glucose containing dialysate for hemodialysis in patients with diabetic nephropathy can reduce the incidence rate of decrease of blood sugar and blood pressure without obvious effect on the biochemical indexes of patients,and it is safe and effective,and it is of important significance to the hemodialysis treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy.
