摘要
细晶和超细晶硬质合金的生产工艺需求,需要在合金生产前添加各种添加剂,使得合金的内在质量以及使用效果得到大幅提升。多年来的发展,虽然WC基硬质合金以及粉末发展非常迅猛,但是添加剂行业的发展却严重滞后于WC粉末的发展。也由于添加剂的质量问题导致了很多合金的质量问题,甚至很多是检测仪器无法测量的,只有经过使用后才能够发现,造成的损失也非常巨大。研究人员在本文中,对于近些年基于Cr_3C_2、VC、Ta C、Ti C等典型添加剂的研究结论,相关的控制方法,以及今后添加剂行业的发展方向,提出了自己的观点,供相关研究人员和生产者参考。
Demand of fine grain and ultra - fine grain cemented carbide, we need add additives before produce the cemented Carbide,for greatly improve the inter - quality and using effect. For many years, although WC base cemented carbide and the powder are developing very quickly,but the development of additive industry falls behind the development of tungsten carbide. For the quality problem of the additives, lead to many quality problems in cemented carbide,even detec-ting instrument cannot measure,some of them are discovered after using,causing very big loss. Researchers propose our own opinions referenced by other researchers and producers, that include the research conclusion of typical additives such as Cr3 C2 , VC,TaC and TiC,relevant control methods,and the development direction of the additives in future.
