摘要
目的分析医疗卫生机构中的财务管理问题。方法对医疗卫生机构中的财务管理问题进行分析,同时制定有针对性的改进对策。结果通过调查医疗卫生机构中的财务工作人员、财务管理人员和其他岗位的工作人员可知,6名认为财务人员的综合素质较差,9名认为医疗卫生机构缺乏科学的激励机制,5名认为医疗卫生机构的财务人员缺乏法制意识。结论医疗卫生机构在开展财务管理工作时,应针对现阶段存在的问题,制定有针对性的策略,让医疗卫生机构的财务管理工作能顺利开展。
Objective To analyze the financial management issues in the medical health institutions. Methods The financial management issues in the medical health institutions were analyzed, and the targeted improvement strategies were made. Results The survey of financial working staff, financial management staff and working staff on other posts showed that 6 people supposed that the general quality of the financial staff was worse, 9 people supposed that the medical health institution lacked the scientific motivation mechanism and 5 people supposed that the financial staff in the medical health institution lacked the legal sense. Conclusion The medical health institution should make the targeted strategies according the issues at present when carrying out the financial management work thus ensuring the successful development of the financial management work in the medical health institutions.
