摘要
随着广州市改革开放几十年的持续发展,广州市已经成长为全国多年GDP排名第三名、国家5个国家中心城市之一(唯一的非直辖市)。"十三五"时期是广州市国家中心城市建设全面提速,率先加快转型升级,建设幸福广东的关键时期。但广州市中心城区的部分雨水排水管网修建年代早、设计标准低、管径不符合现行标准、有的地区地势低洼,暴雨季节,排水不畅,导致内涝。城市内涝已影响到市民的正常生活,造成较大的财产损失。这样的排水系统与广州市国家中心城市的要求极不适应。在广州市内进行城市内涝治理和排水设施改造,是广州市可持续发展的需要。本文通过对广州某大学校园的内涝改造工程设计,通过具体的设计案例分析研究内涝成因,提出高水高排、低水低排的解决方案,并从海绵城市的观点出发,探寻先进的内涝点改造措施,通过内涝改造工程竣工后的实测参数验证该内涝改造设计的效果。通过对本工程设计进行数据的统计与分析,探寻市政管网内涝整治的规律,总结海绵城市在内涝改造中的应用心得,并针对工程竣工后实际应用时存在的问题加以分析研究,进一步提出一些优化和改进的措施。
With the continuous development of the decades of reform and opening-up in Guangzhou, Guangzhou has grown into the national GDP ranked third in Chinese cities for many years, and become one of the five national central cities (The only municipality directly under the central city). The 13th Five-Year Plan (2016-20)) is a key period for Guangzhou to construction overall acceleration as a national Center city, to speed up the transfon-aation and upgrading primarily, and to construct the happy Guangdong. Part of the drainage pipe network in the central city in Guangzhou was builded early, and the design standard is low, the Pipe diameter is not'in contbmlity with the current standards, there are some low-lying region in the central city in Guangzhou. When the storm comes, poor drainage and there are more waterlogging events. The city urban waterlogging have affected people's normal life, and caused great damage to property. Such drainage system is highly adapted to the requirements of the Guangzhou national center city. City urban waterlogging and drainage facilities renovation is becoming the need of his sustainable development in Guangzhou. The subject is about the waterlogging project design in a university in Guangzhou.Through the design of the specific case analysis, to find the waterlogging origin in a university. We find Propose solutions of"high water discharge" and "' low water pump", and we explore the advanced inner point reform rneasures, From the viewpoint of sponge city, and we measure parameter validation results after the project completion, to verify the effect of the retrofit design of the inner. Through this project design for data statistics and analysis, we can Search for municipal pipe network of waterlogging control law, to summarize the result in the application of inner transformation in the cities, and we analyze the problems existing in the solution after the project completion, put forward some optimized measures and ideas.
