摘要
本文以甲醇作为萃取剂、以离子液体作为添加剂从红豆杉中提取紫杉醇,并利用单因素优化了提取工艺。结果表明:当采用60%甲醇溶液中加入1.0 wt%1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑三氯一溴化铁盐([C_4MIM]FeCl_3Br)离子液体作为提取溶剂,固液比为1︰10,提取温度为40℃,超声时间为30 min时,紫杉醇提取率达到0.239 mg·g^(-1)。该提取方法能够较大幅度提高提取率,相比于传统方法大大节约了时间,同时减少了有机溶剂的用量。
In this paper, the ionic liquid (IL) was used as adjuvant fbr the extraction of taxol from Taxus chinensisusing methanol solution, and the extraction was optimized by single factor experiment. The results showed that 60 % methanol solution with addition of 1.0 wt%[C4MIM]FeCl3Br was used as the extractant, solid-liquid ratio was 1 : 10, extraction temperature was 40 ℃, ultrasonic time was 30 min, the extraction yield oftaxol was 0.239 mg·g^-1. Compared with traditional method, this method can improve the extraction and save more extraction time and the extraction solvent.
