摘要
随着城市化进程的加快,涉河工程修建及污水排放严重破坏了河道生态功能。本文探讨了河道功能的演变,总结出城内河道治理所面临的诸多难题,并研究了该类问题背后的深层次原因,结合锦州市河道面临的问题,在传统治理措施的基础之上进一步引入管理部门、金融投资、城市规划等措施,完善了河道综合治理体系,为河道治理提供了有力的技术支撑。
With the speeding up of the urbanization process, river involving project construction and the sewage discharge seriously destroy the riverway ecological function. The article discusses evolution of riverway function, summarize out many challenges that the city riverway regulation faces and researches the deep reason behind the problem, combine the problem that the Jinzhou city riverway faces, on the basis of traditional treatment measure, further introduce measures like administrative department, financial investment, urban planning and so on, perfect riverway comprehensive treatment system, provide powerful technical support for river regulation.
