摘要
目的评价人工角膜植入术的临床疗效,分析影响疗效的相关因素,为临床治疗及护理提供参考依据。方法回顾2005年12月-2015年12月在我院行人工角膜植入术的99例患者的临床疗效,评价术后视力恢复情况并分析影响因素。结果随访时间1~10年,视力≥0.3者35例(35.4%),0.05~0.3者30例(30.3%),术后脱盲再次盲目34例(34.3%),术后时间≥3年和并发症≥2次者视力相对较差。结论人工角膜植入术是角膜盲患者有效的复明手段,术后时间及并发症是影响预后的主要因素。
Objective To determine the clinical outcomes of keratoprosthesis （KPro） implantation and investigate its influencing factors. Methods Clinical data about 99 patients underwent KPro implantation in our hospital from December 2005 to December 2015 were retrospectively collected, and postoperative visual acuity（VA） and its influencing factors were analyzed. Results All cases were followed up for 1-10 years. Of them, 35 patients obtained better vision （ ≥ 0.3） with incidence rate of 35.4%, 30 patients obtained lower vision （0.05 - 0.3） with incidence rate of 30.3%, and 34 patients blinded （ 〈 0.05） with incidence rate of 34.3%. VA was lower in patients with length of postoperative period ≥ 3 years and postoperative complication occurrence ≥ 2 times. Conclusions KPro implantation is an effective treatment for the severe corneal blindnees. Postoperative complication and the length of postoperative period are the main risk factors of lower VA.
