摘要
我国自贸试验区建设已由2.0向3.0时代稳步迈进。主动顺应自贸试验区的建设和发展,培养高素质的广告人才,对试点区域内地方高校的广告人才培养模式提出了巨大的挑战。培养复合型广告人才目的在于培养知识、能力、素质层面均能达到高标准要求的广告人才,这已成为广告人才培养探讨研究的重要课题。地方高校应把培养具有复合型的知识背景、扎实的专业技能、过硬的实践能力、良好广告素养的人才作为专业教育目标,进而实现广告教育模式的不断创新与变革。
The construction of pilot free trade zones in China is moving into the era of 3.0. Autonomously catering to the construction and development needs of the pilot free trade zones and cultivating high quality advertising talents is a great challenge for local universities and colleges in the region. Compound advertising talents can meet high standard requirements in knowledge, ability and quality, and developing the talents has become an important research issue of advertising talent training. It is maintained that local universities and colleges should implement the continuous reform and innovation of the advertising education to cultivate advertising talents who possess compound knowledge background, solid professional skills, competent practice ability and good advertising accomplishment.
