摘要
文章通过研究《妇人大全良方》中有关"不孕"的论述和方剂,总结了陈自明对不孕症病因病机的认识,不孕症的病机分为虚实两端,虚以肾虚为主,实指气滞、血瘀、痰湿等阻滞脉络,常虚实兼夹,导致胞宫失调,胞脉不通而不孕。治疗上以养血为主、标本兼顾为原则,采用中药内服、坐导药外用的内外结合治疗方法,用药重视调气养血、温阳散寒、化痰通络、补益肝肾。文章总结陈氏治疗不孕症的临证经验,对现代临床诊疗不孕症有重要的指导意义。
Through studying the statement and formulas for infertility recorded in Furen Daquan Li- angfang, Chen Ziming＇s recognition was summarized on the etiology and pathogenesis of infertility. Infertility is differentiated as deficiency and excess in pathogenesis. Kidney deficiency is predominated in the deficiency syndrome and the excess syndrome refers to qi stagnation, blood stagnation and phlegm damp, by which, the meridians are blocked. The mixture of deficiency and excess is commonly seen, resulting in uterine dysfunc- tion and blockage in uterus, hence, infertility occurs. In treatment, nourishing blood is the main principle, in consideration of the secondary and the primary. The combined therapy is used with oral administration of herbal medicine and bathing with herbal medicine. The herbal medicine focuses on regulating qi, nourishing blood, warming yang, eliminating cold, resolving phlegm, unblocking meridians and tonifying the liver and kidney. The clinical experiences of Chen＇s treatment were summarized, which provides significant guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment of infertility.
