摘要
目的:探讨VEGF、TGF2β、b FGF、TNF-α、CRP和PEDF在糖尿病引起的视网膜病变中的作用。方法:比较糖尿病无视网膜病变患者、非糖尿病视网膜病变患者、非增生性糖尿病视网膜病变和增生性糖尿病视网膜病变患者之间血清VEGF、TGF2β、b FGF、TNF-α、CRP和PEDF的表达差异。结果:NDR、NPDR和PDR三组VEGF、TGF2β、b FGF、TNF-α、CRP均较对照组高(P<0.05),NDR、NPDR和PDR三组PEDF均较对照组低(P<0.05),NPDR、PDR组VEGF、TGF2β、b FGF、TNF-α、CRP均较NDR组高(P<0.05),NPDR、PDR组PEDF均较NDR组低(P<0.05);PDR组VEGF、TGF2β、b FGF、TNF-α、CRP较NPDR组高(P<0.05),PDR组PEDF较NPDR组低(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病引起VEGF、TGF2β、b FGF、TNF-α、CRP和PEDF表达异常参与DR的发生和发展过程。
Objective: To investigate whether EGF,TGF2β,b FGF,TNF-α,CRP and PEDF affect diabetic retinopathy. Methods: Serum EGF,TGF2β,b FGF,TNF-α,CRP and PEDF were detected by ELISA in control,NDR,NPDR and PDR groups. Results: The serum levels of VEGF,TGF2β,b FGF,TNF-α,CRP in NDR,NPDR and PDR groups were higher than control group,while PEDF was lower( P 〈0.05). The serum levels of VEGF,TGF2β,b FGF,TNF-α,CRP in NPDR and PDR were higher than NDR group while PEDF was lower( P 〈0.05). The serum levels of VEGF,TGF2β,b FGF,TNF-α,CRPin PDR were higher than NPDR group,while PEDF was lower( P 〈0.05). Conclusion: Hyperglycaemia induced VEGF,TGF2β,b FGF,TNF-α,CRP levels and reduced PEDF,which aggravated the pathological changes in retina.
