摘要 随着我国城市天然气管网规模日益扩大,管网由于老化、腐蚀穿孔、第三方破坏等原因造成的换管、堵漏等抢修作业日益增加,给天然气管网安全运营带来巨大的威胁。此外由于城市发展需要和用户的不断增加,燃气管道新建和改/扩建作业需求量大,接、切线作业环境、过程复杂多变,如何有效地辨识和控制燃气接、切线作业中的危险源是有效降低天然气管道安全事故及次生灾害的重要保障。本文通过阐述天然气管道接、切线作业流程和开孔、封堵设备,分析了抢修作业过程中的典型危险源及其产生原因,结合行业实际,找出有效的安全控制措施,提高了城市天然气行业接、切线作业安全管理水平,为天然气企业安全、稳定供气提供了理论和实践基础。 Along with the increasing the scale of city gas pipeline network, the operation of network increased with ageing of pipeline, corrosion perforation and third party damage, which brings the huge threat to the gas pipe network safe operation. Moreover due to the increasing urban development and more users, need huge demand of construction and change/expansion gas pipeline. The process of wiring and tangent is complicated, so how to effectively identify and control hazards in wiring and tangent operation is effectively to reduce the gas safety accidents, as well as the important guarantee of secondary disasters. This paper briefly describes the process of wiring and tangent, opening, sealing equipments. Further analyzes the typical hazards and their causes in the process of repair work. Combined with the reality of gas enterprise, then find out the safety control measures, which improve the level of safe management and provides a theoretical and practical basis for the supply of gas safely.
