摘要
补骨脂为豆科补骨脂属植物,具有多种药理活性,其在抗肿瘤作用方面逐渐被人们关注。该文从细胞增殖、细胞周期、细胞凋亡、细胞迁移和侵袭、逆转肿瘤耐药性等方面揭示补骨脂的抗肿瘤作用,为进一步开发补骨脂作为抗肿瘤药物提供依据。
Semen psoraleae,as the plant in the leguminosae,has many pharmacological activities,gradually concerned by people,and the paper reveals the anti-tumor effect of semen psoraleae from the aspects of cell proliferation,cell cycle,apoptosis,cell migration and invasion and tolerance of reversed tumors thus providing basis for the further development of semen psoraleae as the anti-tumor drugs.
