摘要 目的探讨双源CT双能量成像(DEPI)诊断肺动脉栓塞的临床价值。方法方便选择该院2013年6月—2016年7月收治的82例疑似肺动脉栓塞的患者,观察DEPI的检查结果 ,并以肺动脉造影结果为"金标准"。结果 (1)82例患者,肺动脉造影检查36例正常,46例肺栓塞;DEPI检查37例正常,45例肺栓塞,诊断准确率为97.83%;(2)正常患者左侧肺组织灌注(27.65±2.36)与右侧(28.11±2.52)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(3)肺栓塞患者肺组织灌注量(22.04±2.11)显著低于正常患者(27.88±2.40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双源CT双能量成像可有效诊断肺动脉栓塞,还能够提供功能以及解剖信息,值得临床中推广应用。 Objective To observe the clinical diagnosis of double source CT double energy imaging in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism.Methods Convenient selection 82 cases of patients suspected with pulmonary embolism admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2013 to July 2016 were selected and the DEPI examination results were observed and the pulmonary arteriography results were used as the "goal standards".Results In the 82 cases of patients,pulmonary arteriography examination showed that there were 36 normal cases and 46 cases with pulmonary embolism,the DEPI examination showed that there were 37 normal cases and 45 cases with pulmonary embolism,and the diagnostic accurate rate of lung tissue rate was 97.83%.The difference between the left lung tissue perfusion and right lung tissue perfusion of the normal patients had no statistical significance [(27.65±2.36) vs(28.11±2.52)](P〈0.05),and the lung tissue perfusion amount in patients with(28.11±2.52) was obviously lower than that of normal patients[(22.04±2.11) vs(27.88±2.40)],and the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05).Conclusion The double source CT double energy imaging can effectively diagnose the pulmonary embolism,and also can provide function and anatomy information,which is worth promotion and application in clinic.
