摘要
目的 :以医联体下成都市某二级公立医院的财务运行状况为视角,探讨枢纽医院的发展现况,为相关研究提供参考。方法:运用杜邦分析法对A医院2011~2014年的财务状况进行分析。结果:A医院净资产收益率逐年增加,医院经营实现扭亏为盈;资产负债率从2013年开始呈下降态势,但仍高于公认的临界值。在牵头医院的帮助下,A医院医疗水平不断提升,经济效益得到提高,各种财务指标向好发展。结论:医联体为A医院的长远可持续发展提供了充足的动力。
Objective：To discusse the current situation of hub hospital from the objective of financial condition of a secondary public hospital under the medical consortium in chengdu, and to provide reference for related research. Methods：Using DuPont analysis of the finacial situation of hospital from 2011 to 2014. Results：A hospital ROE increased year by year,the hospital management to achieve profitability; asset-liability ratio from the beginning of a downward trend in 2013, but still higher than the accepted threshold. With the help of the lead hospital,the medical level and economic efficiency of A were improved,a variety of financial indicators were positively development. Conclusion：Medical consortium could provide long-term sustainable power for the development of A hospital.
