摘要
采用元分析的方法使用SCL-90量表研究,对近十年(2007-2016年)贫困大学生心理健康的文献进行综合系统的评价。元分析共纳入31篇文献,通过STATA软件分析研究发现:1.贫困大学生整体心理水平比非贫困大学生差;2.和1986年全国常模群体相比,贫困大学生整体心理水平低于全国常模水平,心理健康问题主要表现为强迫、焦虑、恐怖、偏执、精神病性五个方面;3.贫困大学生在性别上的差异分析显示,男性和女性贫困生在心理健康水平上总体差异不大,但在抑郁、焦虑、恐怖三个因子上女性贫困大学生的水平较低;4.生源地的差异分析中,九个因子效应量的95%CI均包含0,均不具备统计意义,即来自城镇和农村的贫困大学生心理健康水平差异不显著。
This paper used meta - analysis method to evaluate the mental health of the poor college students in the past ten years （2007 -2016）, which was measured by SCL-90. A total of 31 articles were included in the meta -analysis, and the results were analyzed by STATA software. （1） Poor college students＇ mental health level is more serious than non - poor college students ; （2） The mental health level of poor college students was lower than that of the national norm group in 1986 . The mental health problems were mainly obsession, anxiety, phobia, paranoia and psychotic ; （3） The analysis of gender differences among poor college students showed that there was no significant difference in mental health between males and females, but the females were lower in depression, anxiety and phobia; （4） In the analysis of the differences of the hometown, the 95% CI of the nine factors contained 0, which were not significant, the level of poor college students＇ mental health between the urban and rural was not significant.
