摘要
在建设焦化厂煤气净化系统硫铵单元的过程中,通过在单元设备安装调试及后期投产过程中发现的各种问题,提出了能够改善问题的设备改进和工艺改进。喷淋式饱和器的改进方便了现场安装以及除氨效率;硫铵单元各个部分的工艺改进提高了单元的生产效率。通过在实际生产中论证了改进措施能提高生产效率及生产安全。
In the construction process of coking plant gas purification system of ammonium sulfate unit, through their various problems found in the unit equipment installation and post production process, put forward the improvement of equipment improvement and process to improve these problems. Improvement of spray type saturator convenient on-site installation and ammonia removal efficiency; improvement of process unit in various parts of the ammonium sulfate to improve the production efficiency of the unit. It is proved that these improvements can improve production efficiency and production safety.
