摘要
对18种大气科学类中国科技核心期刊网站的建设情况进行细致分析。结果表明,各期刊均建有自主网站,各项功能模块较齐全,较重视"在线投稿系统"的建设、使用和维护。然而,多数网站还存在"期刊介绍"过于简略、"最新一期"和"过刊浏览"所含内容不全、"网络预出版"形同虚设、"作者中心"提供资料偏少、"友情链接"不尽合理等缺点。建议:1)重视期刊历史研究,并在网站上作详细介绍;2)重视期刊网站"最新一期"、"过刊浏览"和"网络预出版"的建设与更新,"最新一期"和"过刊浏览"须包含期刊四封、目次页及全部的单篇论文,"网络预出版"应及时快速且预出版论文应尽可能带有DOI;3)尽量提供《作者指南》等多种实用资料供作者参考,规范作者投稿、修稿及履行稿约等;4)重视"友情链接",推广期刊网站,扩大期刊影响。
The website construction of 18 S&T core journals of atmospheric science in China is investigated carefully in this paper. Results indicate that the 18 journals have established their own websites, equipped with complete functional modules, and great importance is attached to the construction, application and maintenance of “Online Submission System”. However, some disadvantages can be found in most websites, such as too simple and brief “Journal Introduction”, incomplete contents of “Newest One Issue” and “Back Issues”, completely devoid of substance in “Early Online Release”, data deficiency of “Author Center”, and unreasonable “Friendship Links”. Thus, it'is suggested that:1) More attentions should be paid to studying the history and development of the journal, which can be introduced in detailed on the website. 2) Greater importance should be attached to building and updating of “Newest One Issue”, “Back Issues” and “Early Online Release” on the website. “Newest One Issue” and “Back Issues” should include the four covers (i.e. cover, inside front cover, inside back cover, and back cover), the table of contents, and all of the papers. Moreover, those online pre published articles should be uploaded quickly and timely in “Early Online Release”, and give a DOI (Digital Object Unique Identifier) for them as far as possible. 3) Variety of practical data like Authors Guide should be provided to authors as far as possible, which can help them properly finish manuscript submission and revision, and regularly perform the agreement between authors and editors, etc. 4) “Friendship Links” should be taken more seriously in order to promote the website and expand the influence of the journal.
