摘要
工件在输送辊道上运行时,由于工件加工或装配的需要,输送辊道需要间断地启停。频繁地启停不仅影响了流水线中其它工位的生产,还会造成整个企业生产效率的降低。文中提供的是一种用于工件输送的摩擦式积放辊道,它依靠摩擦式辊轮支撑并驱动装有工件的托盘完成流水线的输送,在无需间断启停的情况下,可以实现托盘任意位置的停止与放行。
When the workpiece is running on the conveyor roller table, the conveying roller needs to start and stop due to the need of machining or assembling the workpiece. Frequent start and stop not only affect the production of other stations in the assembly line, but also reduces production efficiency. The paper provides a friction-type roller table for workpiece conveyance which relies on a friction roller to support and drive the pallet with the workpiece to complete the transport of the pipeline. Any tray stop and release of the position can be achieved without interruption in the case of stop.
