摘要
目的 :探讨术前心理护理在眼科老年患者手术中的应用价值。方法 :选取140例需进行手术治疗的老年患者作为研究对象,按照随机分配的原则分为观察组和对照组各70例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上着重进行术前心理护理,同时配合术中和术后心理护理。对两组患者术前心理反映情况、手术成功率和护理满意度进行比较。结果:所有患者术前均不同程度存在心理问题;观察组患者手术成功率和护理满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对患者进行积极有效的心理护理可有效提高眼科手术成功率及护理满意度。
Objective： To explore the application value of preoperative psychological care in the ophthalmic surgery of elderly patients. Methods： One hundred and forty cases of elderly patients undergone ophthalmologic operation were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 70 cases each. The control group tmderwent routine nursing while the observation group underwent intraoperative and preoperative psychological care on the basis of control group. The preoperative psychological reflection, operative success rate and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results： There were psychological problems to some extent in all patients. The operative success rate and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Preoperative psychological care can improve the operative success rate and nursing satisfaction.
