摘要
通过研究侧孢短芽孢杆菌S62-9的抑菌谱及抑菌活性,初步判断其是否符合微生态制剂菌种选育的标准。通过指示平板法研究侧孢短芽孢杆菌S62-9的抑菌谱,从中选取1株藤黄微球菌28001(G^+)和1株大肠杆菌CMCC 44752(G^-)作为指示菌,采用液态共培养法研究S62-9对两株菌的抑菌能力。结果表明,S62-9对大多数致病性细菌及部分真菌产生抑菌作用,对G^+菌的抑菌效果强于G^-菌;液态共培养体系中,S62-9对两株指示菌表现出强烈的抑菌作用,抑菌效果随其所占接种比例的增加而增强,抑菌机理包括营养竞争作用以及S62-9产生的抗菌肽的拮抗作用。该研究表明,侧孢短芽孢杆菌S62-9具有广谱、高效的抑菌特性,为其微生态制剂的开发提供了理论基础。
The antibacterial spectrum and antibacterial activity of B.laterosporus S62-9 were studied to determine whether it meet the criteria of probiotics.The plate confront culture method was used to research the antibacterial spectrum of B.laterosporus S62-9 and the submerged co-culture assay was used to investigate the ability of B.laterosporus S62-9 for inhibiting the growth of two pathogen bacteria(Micrococcus luteus 28001 and Escherichia coli CMCC44752).The results showed that B.laterosporus S62-9 had strong inhibitory activity on most bacteria and some fungus,moreover,the inhibitory effect on Gram-positive bacteria was stronger than Gram-negative bacteria.B.laterosporus S62-9 displayed strong antibacterial activities in co-incubation experiment,and the inhibitory effects were enhanced with the increase of the inoculation rate of B.laterosporus S62-9.The antibacterial mechanisms of B.laterosporus S62-9 were nutritional competition and antibacterial peptide antagonism.B.laterosporus S62-9 had a broad antibacterial spectrum and strong antibacterial properties and it could be served as a theoretical foundation for the exploit of probiotics.
